Each download shows the SHA-256 of the exact bytes on this server. Windows PowerShell:
Get-FileHash .\<file> -Algorithm SHA256. macOS or Linux:
shasum -a 256 <file>. If the digest differs, do not run it.

The client is free to download and install. Connecting needs an active subscription: it checks with the control plane when it dials and again every ten minutes, so an install on its own will not carry traffic. Existing subscribers manage their devices and plan at vpn.net-works-lab.com.
